HS traktor has been in my family for over 40 years. I work here with my sister, brother and father.
I am a machinist and often spend my days in my compact excavator building pole lines and digging cable trenches. At the moment, I do a lot of work for the energy sector with a great focus on expanding the electricity grid, in part thanks to Northvolt.
A generational shift is upon us and I will be taking over as CEO. We will continue to use SMP’s products. My next purchase from SMP will be a large Grab John bucket.
It’s a bit uncommon to find a woman in this position and it hasn’t always been easy. I remember an elderly gentleman in 2008 who would not let me operate on his property because he was afraid that I, being a girl, didn’t know how to operate the machinery. But generally, things have gotten better and now, my customers know I am a force to reckon with.
